FAMILY HOUSE WITH 4 APARTMENTS Situated within walking distances of about 400 meters away from Paradise beach which is suitable for families with small children and non-swimmers.
All important (restaurants, bank, medical clinic, pharmacy, shop , sports fields …) are situated in the vicinity.. Each apartment is equipped with all the necessary facilities, satellite TV, parking space available, outdoor grill (barbecue).
Paradise beach…
The largest and the most famous is “rajska plaža-paradise beach” which is 1,5 kilometers long and along which there arethe most important tourist facilities.
In 2003 it was decorated with “the blue flag”, international symbol of quality and preservation of environment , as well as safety of bathers.
Lopar
Lopar is abundant in beautiful sandy beaches. There are 22 of them, with 3 being -nudist beaches ( ciganka, sahara and stolac ). In the late hours, life shifts from the city to the nearby disco clubs and similar attractive spots where, to a hot rhythm, you can have fun under a clear sky until the morning.

The beach is sandy and extremely shallow, which is ideal for small children and non-swimmers. The beach is guarded by experienced lifeguards, so you can carefree enjoy the joys of summer.

For 2-3 persons is located on the second floor of the house.and consists of one room with 2 beds and one extra bed, bathroom, kitchen and a balcony with sea view.

The apartment is for 4-5 people and it is located on the second floor of the house.. It consists of two double rooms and one extra bed in the room, two bathrooms (shower/toilet), kitchen and balcony with sea view.
The total area of the apartment is 70 m2
Apartment 3
The apartment is for 4-5 people and is located on the first floor of the house. It consists of two double rooms and one extra bed in the room, two showers/toilets, a kitchen and a balcony.
Apartment 4
The apartment is for 5-7 people and is located on the first floor of a family house. It consists of two double rooms and two extra beds in each room, one single room, shower/toilet, bathroom, kitchen, living room and large terrace.
The total area of the apartment is 70 m2.
